Chapter 46, Administration, was filed and became effective prior to September 1, 1969.
1983 Revisions: Chapter 46 was readopted, pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), with extensive amendments by R.1983 d.82, effective May 2, 1983. See: 14 New Jersey Register 1438(b), 15 New Jersey Register 693(a).
Subchapters 1, 2, 3, and 4 were repealed and new subchapters adopted, and subchapter 5 was substantially amended (Subchapter 1 was formerly entitled "Organization of Commission" and included rules regarding general powers, composition and member representation. Subchapter 2 was formerly entitled "Commission Functions" and included rules regarding commission votes, effect of State Plan approval, State Plan adoption authority and quorum and majority decisions. Subchapter 3 was formerly entitled "Director of Commission" and contained rules pertaining to selection and removal, executive officer capacity and functions. Subchapter 4 was entitled "Order for Client Selection" and contained pertinent rules).
