Unless otherwise expressly noted, all provisions of this Chapter 205 were adopted by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry, pursuant to authority delegated at N.J.S.A. 39:5B-1et seq., filed and effective prior to September 1, 1969.
Chapter 205, Shipment and Transportation by Motor Carrier of Dangerous Articles, expired on July 1, 2006.
