Section 11:5-10.5 - Petitions for rulemaking-scope

11:5-10.5, 10.6 and 10.7 shall apply to all petitions made by interested persons for the adoption of a new rule, or the amendment or repeal of any existing rule by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, in accordance with 52:14B-4(f).
