Section 11:3-8.8 - Suspension of nonrenewals

Notwithstanding the provisions of this subchapter, if the plan for automobile insurance established pursuant to 17:29D-1 is not accepting new applications for coverage pursuant to 17:29D-1(d), no insurer transacting automobile insurance in this State shall refuse to renew any private passenger automobile insurance policy in this State.
