Section 11:21-15.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) This subchapter establishes the informational and procedural requirements for members requesting relief from obligations to pay assessments pursuant to 17B:27A-38 or to offer coverage or accept applications to a small employer, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17B:27A-26.

(b) This subchapter applies to all members of the SEH Program.
