Section 11:15-6.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The subchapter sets forth the filing requirements and approval procedures for nonprofit corporation and Keys amendment facility joint insurance funds pursuant to 17:49A-1 et seq.

(b) This subchapter applies to all joint insurance funds formed pursuant to 17:49A-1 et seq.
