Section 10:49-14.5 - Administrative charges/service fees(a) A provider shall not pay nor require payment of an administrative charge or service fee for the privilege of doing business with another provider or for services for which reimbursement is included as part of the Medicaid or NJ FamilyCare fee. 1. An example of a prohibited practice is that a nursing facility may not require a pharmacy to pay an administrative charge or service fee to the facility for handling of the nursing facility resident's medications, drugs and/or related pharmaceutical records.N.J.
