Chapter 37, Community Mental Health Services Act, was readopted as R.2007 d.37, effective December 27, 2006. As a part of R.2007 d.37, Chapter 191, Children's Partial Care Programs, Subchapter 1, Children's Partial Care Program Standards, was recodified from Chapter 37, Community Mental Health Services Act, Subchapter 12, Children's Partial Care Programs Standards, effective February 5, 2007. See: 38 N.J.R. 2566(a), 39 N.J.R. 450(b).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 191, Children's Partial Care Programs, was scheduled to expire on December 27, 2013. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 191, Children's Partial Care Programs, was readopted as R.2013 d.135, effective October 11, 2013. See: 44 N.J.R. 2431(a), 45 N.J.R. 2429(d).
Chapter 191, Children's Partial Care Programs, was recodified to N.J.A.C. 3A:58 by administrative change, effective January 3, 2017. See: 49 N.J.R. 98(a).
