This chapter was recodified from N.J.A.C. 10:122-3, which was adopted pursuant to authority of N.J.S.A. 30:1-12 and was filed and became effective April 9, 1975 as R.1975 d.99. See: 7 N.J.R. 227(c). This chapter is exempt from expiration because it was adopted in compliance with 42 CFR Part 28 .
Chapter 10:122, Subchapter 3, was recodified as Chapter 122A by R.1980 d.314, effective January 1, 1981. See: 12 N.J.R. 39(a), 12 N.J.R. 483(d).
Chapter 122A, AFDC Foster Care Plan, was repealed by R.2017 d.005, effective January 3, 2017. See: 48 N.J.R. 1773(a), 49 N.J.R. 97(b).
