Section Rev 705.02 - License Expiration
(a) All licenses shall expire on June 30 of each odd-numbered year or upon the occurrence of at least one of the following:
(1) The operator discontinues business by properly filing Form CD-100 pursuant to Rev 710.07;
(2) The operator has a change in ownership and has properly filed Form CD-100 pursuant to Rev 710.07; or
(3) The license is revoked or suspended.
(b) If a license has expired pursuant to (a) above, the operator shall immediately destroy the license.
