Section Rea 301.04 - Dishonored Checks, Drafts or Money Orders(a) No candidate for the real estate licensing examination shall be permitted to take the test for which he or she is registered if the commission is notified that the check, draft, or money order used to pay the examination fee has been dishonored. Such candidate shall be required to wait until the prescribed fee for his or her dishonored check, draft, or money order accompanies the new registration form and examination fee.(b) Any applicant or licensee who has paid a fee or fine to the commission with a check, draft or money order that has subsequently been dishonored, shall within 14 days after receiving notice from the commission that said check, draft or money order has been dishonored, remit to the commission the required original or renewal fee plus the fee prescribed by Rea 301.02(g) for a dishonored check, draft or money order.N.H.
