Section Pod 211.01 - Voluntary Production of Information(a) In response to requests for the voluntary production of information or documents relevant to the hearing, each party shall respond in good faith and as soon as is practicable.(b) When a dispute between parties, interveners, or both arises concerning a request for the voluntary production of information or documents, any party or intervener may file a motion to compel the production of the requested information under Pod 211.02.N.H.
