Section Plc 207.09 - Limitations on Public Testimony The presiding officer at an oral public hearing shall:
(a) Refuse to recognize for speaking or revoke the recognition of any individual who: (1) Speaks or acts in an abusive or disruptive manner;(2) Fails to keep comments relevant to the subject matter of the hearing; or(3) Restates more than once what he or she has already stated; and(b) Limit presentations on behalf of the same entity to no more than 3, provided that all those representing such entity may enter their names and municipality of residence into the record as supporting the position of the entity.N.H.
