N.H. Admin. Code § Pas 305.03
A passenger tramway that is moved to a new location or altered in length shall be considered a new installation. Plans and specifications of any modification, as defined in ANSI B77.1-2017, section 1.2.4., effective 2017 and available as noted in Appendix B, to be made to a passenger tramway shall be submitted to the board for approval. The engineering data shall be prepared by a qualified engineer and shall include testing requirements as well as design change data.
