Section He-Hea 907.05 - Board Action(a) Applications shall be processed in accordance with the requirements of RSA 151-C:8, II - XIII.(b) If an application demonstrates that it meets the standards and criteria of sections He-Hea 904, He-Hea 905 and He-Hea 907, a certificate of need shall be issued to the applicant.N.H.
