Section Fis 801.10 - Fishing preserve

"Fishing preserve" means a privately owned or leased body of water which provides an opportunity, upon the payment of a fee, for taking fish in a fee fishing operation where fish have been placed on the property for such purposes, whether operated commercially or non-profit.
