Section Env-Dw 305.23 - Contamination Control Program(a) The applicant shall establish a program that minimizes the risk of contamination at the well from known contamination sources.(b) The program shall establish requirements, including a schedule, for monitoring and any necessary remediation of residual contamination from known contamination sources in the wellhead protection area.N.H.
