Section Cul-H 202.01 - Petition for Rulemaking(a) Any person may request the commencement of a proceeding for the purpose of adopting, amending, or repealing a rule by filing a written petition that contains:(1) The text of the proposed rule or a statement of the particular results intended by the petitioner to flow from the implementation of the proposed rule; (2) An identification of the particular rule sought to be amended or repealed;(3) Any data or argument the petitioner believes would be useful in deciding whether to commence a rulemaking proceeding; and(4) Name, address, and signature of the petition and the date.N.H.
