Section Bar 103.03 - Roster Distribution(a) A roster containing names and addresses shall be furnished upon request. An individual requesting a roster shall submit the following fee in the form of a check, money order, or cash, to the board: (1) In the amount of $50.00 for paper format;(2) In the amount of $10.00 for disk format; and(3) In the amount of $2.50 for email format.N.H.
