Section Auc 203.11 - Record of the Hearing(a) The board shall record the hearing by electronic recording or other method that will provide a verbatim record.(b) If any person requests a transcript of the taped record, the board shall cause a transcript to be prepared and, upon receipt of payment for the cost of the transcription, shall provide copies of the transcript to the requesting party.(c) At the request of a party to any proceeding, the record of the proceeding shall be made by a certified shorthand court reporter provided by the board at the requesting party's expense. A request for a certified shorthand court reporter shall be filed at least 10 days prior to the hearing.N.H. Admin. Code § Auc 203.11
