Section Arb 102.02 - Duties of the Board

The responsibilities of the board include:

(a) Adopting rules under RSA 357-D:5, III;

(b) Providing a speedy, impartial and less costly resolution to new motor vehicle warranty nonconformities through an arbitration procedure established under Arb 200.
