Section 706B.Sec. 135-1 - NEW

Any application fee paid to the Authority before the effective date of this regulation must be credited to any fees due to the Authority pursuant to section 28 of this regulation. Any additional amount owed by such an applicant must be remitted to the Authority not later than 15 days after the effective date of this regulation for the issuance of a permit.
