While on call, a fully autonomous vehicle of an autonomous vehicle network company may not be staged or standing in any passenger curb loading zone, unless the autonomous vehicle network company is seeking a specific passenger who has requested that a vehicle be dispatched to the location through the autonomous vehicle network company's dispatch, digital network or software application.
