Section 706B.130 - Official receipt of written communications and documents by Authority

A written communication or document is considered officially received by the Authority only if it is:

1. Filed at the office of the Authority in Las Vegas and addressed to the Deputy Commissioner; or

2. Presented to the Authority during a hearing.
