Section 706.260 - Agreements between carriers: Independence of parties

The Authority will not accept for filing any agreement which establishes a procedure for the determination of any matter through joint consideration unless it finds that pursuant to the agreement there is accorded to each party the free and unrestrained right to take independent action either before, during or after any determination arrived at through that procedure.
