Section 706.951 - Consolidation; limitation on number of interested parties1. The Authority or Administrator may consolidate two or more proceedings in any one hearing when it appears that the issues are substantially the same and that the rights of the parties will not be prejudiced by the hearing. At a consolidated hearing, the presiding officer of the Authority or the Administrator shall determine the order in which all the parties introduce their evidence.2. Where two or more interested parties have substantially like interests and positions, the presiding officer of the Authority or Administrator may at any time during the hearing, if he or she deems it advisable in order to expedite the hearing, limit the number of interested parties who will be permitted to testify.Nev.
