Section 706.930 - Failure to appear1. At the time and place set for hearing, if a party to the proceeding fails to appear, the Authority or Administrator may dismiss the action with or without prejudice or may, upon good cause shown, recess the hearing for a further period to be set by the Authority to enable the applicant, petitioner or complainant to attend.2. At the time and place set for hearing, if a respondent fails to appear the Authority or Administrator may suspend or revoke the certificate or permit with or without prejudice or may, upon good cause shown, recess the hearing for a further period to be set by the Authority or Administrator to enable the respondent to attend.Nev.
