Section 704.680464 - Eligibility of eligible telecommunications carrier to receive certain reimbursementsA provider of telecommunication service who is designated as an eligible telecommunications carrier is eligible to receive:
1. Federal universal service support pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 54.201(a); and2. Money from the fund to maintain the availability of telephone service for the purposes set forth in NAC 704.68043 and in accordance with the conditions set forth in NAC 704.68046.Nev. Admin. Code § 704.680464
