Section 704.680411 - "Eligible library" defined

"Eligible library" means a library that is eligible to receive telecommunication services at a discounted rate pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 54.501. The term includes a consortium of libraries eligible to receive telecommunication services at a discounted rate pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 54.501(c).
