Section 689B.190 - Group benefits payable by more than one insurer to provider; restrictionsWhen the benefits of a policy of group health insurance issued pursuant to chapter 689B of NRS are payable by more than one insurer to a provider, the policy must not require the insured, or any secondary insurer who is a:
2. Health maintenance organization; or3. Nonprofit corporation for hospital, medical or dental service, to pay more than the remaining deductible and coinsurance, if any, based upon the rates established by the primary insurer for its payment of that provider.Nev. Admin. Code § 689B.190
