Section 683C.100 - Requirements of applicant for license

In addition to the requirements of NRS 683C.030, an applicant for an insurance consultant's license must comply with the provisions of NAC 683A.170 to 683A.270, inclusive, which apply to an applicant for a license, and successfully complete a course of instruction which satisfies the requirements of NAC 683A.190 to 683A.261, inclusive.
