Section 681A.Sec. 8 - NEW

"Covered policy" means:

1. A life insurance policy with guaranteed non-level gross premiums or guaranteed nonlevel benefits other than a flexible premium universal life insurance policy; or

2. A flexible premium universal life insurance policy with provisions resulting in the ability of a policyholder to keep a policy in force over a secondary guarantee period.
