Section 681A.Sec. 22 - NEW

If any of the provisions of sections 2 to 22, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance, is held invalid, it is intended that the invalidity not affect the remaining provisions or their application that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
