Section 679B.152 - Release for public inspection of records or information related to investigation of fraudulent claimFor the purposes of paragraph (a) of subsection 3 of NRS 679B.190, the release for public inspection of any records or information related to the investigation of a fraudulent claim:
1. Before completion of the investigation shall be deemed harmful to the investigation or person being investigated unless the Commissioner determines that the interests of the public will be served by allowing the release for public inspection at that time.2. After completion of the investigation shall be deemed harmful to the investigation or person who was being investigated unless:(a) The person who was being investigated submits to the Commissioner a written request to allow the release for public inspection; or(b) A law enforcement agency requests the release for public inspection. No records or information may be released for public inspection pursuant to this subsection except upon the written order of the Commissioner.
