Section 669.050 - Annual licensing fees

On or before April 1 of each year, each licensed trust company shall pay to the Division of Financial Institutions of the Department of Business and Industry, for a trust company with an existing stockholder's equity of:

1. Not less than $300,000 but not more than $500,000, a fee of $750.

2. More than $500,000 but not more than $1,000,000, a fee of $1,125.

3. More than $1,000,000, a fee of $1,500.
