Section 662.110 - Borrowing money from depository institution affiliates

Notwithstanding the provisions of subsections 2 and 3 of NRS 662.175, a bank may borrow money from a depository institution affiliate to the same extent that a national bank may borrow money from a depository institution affiliate.
