Section 652.453 - Pathologist's assistant: Responsibilities of supervising pathologistA pathologist:
1. Is responsible for all of the activities relating to pathology performed by any pathologist's assistant he or she is supervising.2. Shall ensure that any pathologist's assistant he or she is supervising performs only those activities relating to pathology which the pathologist's assistant is qualified to perform.Nev. Admin.
