Section 652.491 - Grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of certificateA certificate may be denied, suspended or revoked if an applicant, a person who holds a certificate or any technical employee of the laboratory:
1. Violates any provision of this chapter or chapter 652 of NRS;2. Makes any misrepresentation in obtaining a certificate;3. Has been convicted of a crime listed in NRS 449.174 that is punishable as a felony;4. Is guilty of unprofessional conduct; or5. Fails to meet the minimum standards prescribed by the Board.Nev. Admin.
