Section 649.Sec. 9 - NEW

The Commissioner will waive the examination for an applicant for a compliance manager's certificate pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 649.205, as amended by section 26.5 of Senate Bill No. 276, chapter 534, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 3599, if the applicant submits proof satisfactory to the Commissioner that the applicant's certificate from the national association that is a nonprofit with expertise in the business of collections proves the competence of the applicant.
