Section 649.Sec. 5.1 - NEW

To satisfy the requirements of section 6 of Senate Bill No. 276, chapter 534, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 3589 (NRS 649.320), a collection agency must display the information required pursuant to that section on the home page of its Internet website or another page of its Internet website that is clearly and conspicuously accessible from the home page of its Internet website.
