Section 649.Sec. 2 - NEW

"Sixty-day notification" or "60-day notification" means the written notification which a collection agency is required to send to a medical debtor not less than 60 days before taking any action to collect a medical debt pursuant to section 7 of Senate Bill No. 248, chapter 291, Statutes of Nevada 2021, at page 1669 (NRS 649.366) .
