Section 648.545 - Private investigators: Service of subpoena in conjunction with ongoing investigation

A private investigator who holds a license issued pursuant to this chapter and chapter 648 of NRS may serve a subpoena issued in conjunction with an ongoing investigation that the private investigator is conducting if he or she does not charge a fee to serve the subpoena.
