Section 645F.845 - Authority of Commissioner to order summary suspension of license and take other action to protect public before hearingBefore conducting a hearing, the Commissioner may, to the fullest extent allowed by the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this State:
1. Order a summary suspension of a license pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS NRS NRS 233B.127; and2. Take any other action against a licensee or other person that is necessary to protect the health, safety or welfare of the public.Nev. Admin. Code § 645F.845
