Section 645.Sec. 9 - NEW

A license as a broker-salesperson or salesperson issued pursuant to NRS 645.387 may only be issued to a natural person who satisfies the requirements of subsection 1 of that section. The name which appears on a license issued pursuant to NRS 645.387 must be that of the natural person to whom the license is issued.
