Section 645.760 - Records of sales; limitation on sales1. All records pertaining to the sale of any single-family residence in the subdivision of a registered owner-developer must be maintained at his or her principal place of business and be available for inspection by the Division. Upon request, the owner-developer shall send copies of those records to the appropriate office of the Division.2. The owner-developer may not sell any lot in his or her subdivision pursuant to this chapter unless:(a) The lot contains a single-family residence not previously sold; or(b) A single-family residence is to be constructed upon the lot, and the residence is purchased under the same agreement as the sale of the land.Nev.
