Section 645.4446 - Information required on course materials; restriction on attendance1. If a course has been approved and is being offered for postlicensing education, the sponsor must state on all the course materials:(a) That the course is approved for postlicensing education in Nevada;(b) The number of hours of credit for postlicensing education for which the course is approved; and(c) The number of the sponsor assigned by the Division.2. If a course offered by a sponsor that is a professional organization has been approved for postlicensing education, the sponsor shall not restrict attendance at the course to members of that organization.Nev.
