Section 644A.Sec. 8 - NEW

The requirement set forth in NRS 644A.545 requiring an advanced esthetician to be supervised by a health care professional in the performance of a nonablative esthetic medical procedure is not satisfied by the supervision of the advanced esthetician by a registered nurse.
