Section 640C.Sec. 9 - NEW1. A parent or guardian of a minor child has a right to be present in the room where the minor child is receiving massage therapy, reflexology or structural integration.2. If the parent or guardian waives his or her right to be present during the massage therapy, reflexology or structural integration, the licensee must ensure that the parent or guardian signs a waiver acknowledging that the parent or guardian has waived his or her right to be present.3. The waiver must be signed before the minor child receives the massage therapy, reflexology or structural integration.4. A massage establishment, reflexology establishment or structural integration establishment must maintain the waiver for at least 2 years after the minor child receives the massage therapy, reflexology or structural integration.5. As used in this section, "minor child" means a person who has not reached the age of majority as provided in NRS 129.010 and has not been declared emancipated pursuant to NRS 129.080 to 129.140, inclusive.Nev.
