Section 640C.Sec. 3 - NEW
1. "Clinical instruction" means the practice of massage therapy, reflexology or structural integration on members of the public in a clinical setting.
2. As used in this section:
(a) "Clinical setting" means a space that functions for educational purposes where there is the practice of client intake, evaluation of a student practicing massage therapy, reflexology or structural integration and the taking of notes concerning the treatment of a client.
(b) "Members of the public" includes, without limitation, students in a program of massage therapy, reflexology or structural integration, licensees and members of the Board.
