Section 640C.120 - Request for approval of credit for attending, preparing or giving presentation; notice of approval or denial1. A massage therapist, reflexologist or structural integration practitioner may request approval of credit for continuing education from the Board before or after attending, preparing or giving a presentation at a program of continuing education.2. A request made pursuant to subsection 1 must be accompanied by the applicable information and documentation listed in NAC 640C.130.3. The Board will inform a massage therapist, reflexologist or structural integration practitioner of the approval or denial of credit for continuing education within 30 days after the next meeting of the Board immediately following the receipt of a request made pursuant to subsection 1.Nev.
